  In regards to the installation of the update software, it is a different story. I first attempted to install on my old PC with Windows XP and have not succeeded. I therefore waited for the delivery of the new equipped with Windows 7 and re-tried the installation, which usually take place in a first time, but when I plug in my GPS, if it is properly recognized by the PC, it is not by the Tomtom software. Having already had an old GPS that I was robbed, I have taken the trouble to do the installation with new data (different e-mail) but nothing. I cannot find also anywhere a phone number to call a support service (?? !!) and found myself with a device not connected.. No!!! I never received my product but for the evaluation I can only say that this seller is not recommended. I am forced to put a star to leave a comment, but this is not sincere at all, according to me it deserves novery glad of our GPS, quick search, very easy to use even for someone novice, speaks loud enough, recommend ++Useful charger for charging all types of devices through USB while leaving the 12V socket available for other use. Delivery from Amazon very fast (as usual) ! Completely satisfied with this product. I use it now for 3 weeks and it filled its role perfectly. I was able to test it with 3 different phone (iPhone 4, Xperia Z1 and Galaxy S3) and every time they are well maintained and the device remains firmly attached to the windshield. Freedom of movement is also significant. In SHORT, I highly recommend it. Great product, the touch screen is responsive and readable in all conditions. Autonomy announced 2 days is real, the load times are very fast.
